Well, hello there. If you’re reading this, then you’ve stumbled across my humble little blog. Acting as a portfolio, my blog is filled with my own writing and work. As a freelance writer and contributing journalist for No-Title Magazine and Fortitude Magazine, I have taken it upon myself to collect my articles and pieces of writing in one handy place. If you like my stuff or if you would like to pop up with a comment and some feedback, please feel free. I am not here to offend or insult anyone, I am simply here to enlighten, make merry with words and share my ardent love for music, sport, politics, like and people.
My ideological framework is made up of many things, including a slightly left of centre political leaning, equality, feminism and many other things. As a student at the University of Leeds (UK), I am still in education and I am therefore still trying to forge my own path into the world of professional journalism and writing. I can’t imagine myself doing anything else, and I aim to give it my all. As a friend of mine once said, “there are two types of people in this world: those who work because they enjoy it, and those who work in order to have the money to do the things they enjoy”. I, for one, aim for the former. Work should be as fun and rewarding as the monitory rewards.
